About Me

I am a certified Executive and Life Coach (ICF-ACC) and relentless optimist. My strength is coaching others to find greater balance, navigate transitions, leverage their unique traits and talents for heightened success, and to live their best lives with positivity both at work and at home.

Before coaching professionally, I was Director of Marketing for Chipotle for over 12 years where I was part of the journey with the brand from unknown start-up to household name. While there, I managed worldwide promotions, brand partnerships, field marketing, and new menu item launches including Catering, Sofritas and Kid’s Meals. After Chipotle, I consulted and supported major brands including Randy’s Donuts, Noodles & Company, Blaze Pizza, McCormick & Schmick’s, Joe’s Crab Shack, Yogurtland and Time Timer.

A graduate of the ICF Accredited Executive Coaching Program with Brown University, I started Ivy & Scout in 2017 in San Diego. I offer coaching in person throughout Southern California, and via zoom or phone worldwide along with team and group workshops. Additionally, I offer strategic marketing consulting services for select brands and start ups on a project or retainer basis.

When not working, I can be found catching a sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand (I am a true morning bird), spending time with family and friends, writing poems and stories, working out at a barre or yoga bootcamp class, listening to live music (I love piano bars!), traveling anywhere and everywhere, and of course dreaming and planning (always back to the calendars, right?).
